will J4899A or J8165A meet my needs?

I dont need POE but would be nice to have and 48ports for a local LAN.

 

I need to be able to trunk a couple ports max 4 groups and still handle some basic IP routing with vlans.

 

4 10.10.x.x subnets and 4 vlans with a couple trunks is what I am thinking.

 

Please let me know your thoughts on these switches to get the job done.
