Hi,
does anybody have some information if there are plans to integrate an official HP port of Python into an upcoming HP-UX release or provide packages at software.hp.com?
I know about the packages from the porting & archiving centre.
Thx,
Markus

If HP did it, it would be in a product like this:
http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPUXIEXP1111
Python is not listed.
There is a high liklihood that this will work though not officially supported by HP-UX
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Languages/python-2.3.3/
The best place to get answers on this stuff is your HP representitive.
Constant queries to my HP rep and a certain forum poster got us a beta on sendmail 8.12.x Hmm Berlene, when does that beta test start?
:-)
