Cluster status is below ,kindly tell me how to make it up

You'll need a lot more information about this cluster.
It could be down because some of the nodes have crashed so you'll need to fix any failed computers.
Look at the system log in /var/adm/syslog and the cluster log in /etc/cmcluster.
