moving disk from one lv to another lv in same VG
HI,,
I need to move the disk(which has data aroud 90 GB) from one lvol to another lvol in same vg?
There are nearly 4 disks in the lv
is it possible.?
If it is possible how can I move it.

Yes. That is what the 'pvmove' command is for.
You can use 'pvmove' to move the current LV off of the disk, to another disk in the VG, and then again to move the data for your other LV onto this disk.
See the 'pvmove' man page for details on the command usage.
