The path of the physical volume refers to a device that does not

Disk are not mounted after add external SAN Switch between Bladecenter SAN Switch & Storage.

First you should check if you didn't lost your paths to disks after topology change:

You should check zoning and make sure your host wwn's are visible on storage.

you can run "ioscan -fnC disk" as root to confirm if disks are showing claimed?

Second you should check if disk names have changed after FC patch change. in this case run insf -eC disk and verify same disks are present with different names. storage utilities can help confirm this using disk UUID from storage.
