Can MSM765ZL be used for (old) Radio Port 210?

I have a old system with J9051A ProCurve Wireless Edge Services zl Module in a 5412zl and 14x Radio Port 210. 

And i would like to keep the old APs and expand with MSM765zl and MSM430. Wil I need both controllers?

Will roaming work - assuming same passphrase and SSID?

You'll need both controllers, they are not compatible. Really seamless roaming wont work between the radio ports and MSM products.
