HP MSM 720 Premium Mobility

We are running a HP MSM PREMIUM MOBILITY the problem i have is that vsc profile was erased but the ssid for this vsc profile still appears and it must dissapear

Also when i try to synchronize any AP it always shows like this

 

AP_TSI_01 , 05 and  06 are the AP´s synchronized
