Insight Control 6.0 Broken Server Links

I have upgraded HPSIM 6.0 to HP Insight Control 6 and now all the Home Page, VCA and such links are broken. Any link i try and use gives me a HTTP Status 400 message. These were all working prior to the upgrade of HPSIM.

Have not found an answer and looking to see if anyone else has had a problem upgradeing.
