AE377A - MDS9020 recovering password

Hi guys,
I've been trying to recover my admin password of san switch AE377A without success
I tried to power cycle the switch and key combination:
HYPERTERMINAL from winXP : CTRL-BREAK
HYPERTERMINAL from winXP : CTRL-]
TERATERM : ALT-B
HYPERTERMINAL : SPACE BAR for 10/15 seconds at 1200baud..
no way to boot in switch(boot)# mode

Anyone can help me?
