MSA 1050 DiskGroup Quarantined QTOF
Hello,
MSA 1050, DiskGroup(RAID5) name DISKGroupA1 - fault status QTOF
All related disk Healt OK and status OK
I found in log error 590 - A disk group has been quarantined because of flush restore failure.

If all the disks of RAID 5 is online and the DG is QTOF,could you please help me with below details
>Is there any other disk groups in that pool and what is their RAID?
>What is the status of the pools(online/fault)?
>What is the status of the controllers(failed/online)?

Just run ,
dequarantine disk-group <disk_group_name>
show disk-groups
Hope there is no drive failure

you may have to run rescan command first so that all drives can be detected properly or if any issue with any drive that will also come out, followed by dequrantine command which I have suggested from Controller A CLI.
It's better to log a official Case with HPE as this is Critical

Rescan done, no problem all disk online(green) status OK

I would suggest not to try anything more and log a official case with HPE Support
