msa1000 & Securepath
Hi,
Fairly new to SAN's. I've got the following setup - DL380, 2xHBA, 2 switch 2/8 internal fabric switches, 2xcontrollers & 1 msa1000.
It's all setup as per documentation, SSD, etc & works fine for disc access, etc, bit simply WON'T failover.
I've pulled cables, controllers & the switch, but it just won't failover.
Anyone any ideas? I'm tearing my hair out on this!
Has anyone any ideas? all running latest firmware/drivers, etc.
At my wits end with this, any help greatfully received

Re: msa1000 & Securepath
Hello Rob,
you don't mention your operating system and whether you have Secure Path or some other kind of multipathing software installed...
