MSA2040 gui errors

Hello,
gui on MSA2040 shows stange behavior
all disks from pool B are missing in this view
no errors in the log , all pools and volume working fine
( same picture if I login to the 2nd. management controller )

Please let us know if the same issue happens while accessing both controllers?

Can you try to reboot the said controller through CLI?

We'd suggest to flash the firmware/do an incremental firmware update after a planned downtime and taking a backup.

 

If the issue still prevails, please collect the latest support ticket and log a support case via HPE Support Center for further investigation.
