Hello,
I have problem with MSA2060 after update firmware from stock IN110P002 to IN210P001. Storage works good, "System Health" is OK, but all front leds always on, even ID display shows 88. I have tried reset MC/SC, restore defaults via CLI, activate previous firmware, set led off via CLI, nothing help. Now I using IN210R004 FW, problem still here.
How I can "reset" front panel leds?

Re: MSA2060 front led always on after firmware update
Hi Alex,
You could try a graceful power cycle after shutting down storage controllers. Shut down storage controllers through SMU/CLI, remove power to controller enclosure and reconnect it after 2 minutes. Check the status. If the issue persists the chassis will need to be replaced. You may log an HPE support case to replace the chassis. https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00105306en_us&docLocale=en_US

Re: MSA2060 front led always on after firmware update
Hi Alex, The chassis requires replacement in that case. Please log an HPE support case to arrange chassis replacement.

SolutionThe issue is resolved! I have removed the right power supply then gently touch a flat cable connector from front panel and problem was fixed. Looks like it was bad contact. Dunno why it happened after FW update.
