How can I change my HPE Learning ID when I created an account on PearsonVue?

Hello,

Like the subject says, I need to change my Learner ID which I see on PearsonVue's website. Its just listed as my 1st name and last name, however my HPE ID is something different. I can't create a new account with correct Learner ID because it gets flagged as duplicate account. There is no place to update it once I login, and Pearson keeps telling me to contact HPE. I also can't register to take a test because the system keeps saying its a incorrect HPE Learner ID. Just need someone to point me in the right direction as far as whom to contact to get this information updated.

FYI, if anyone is having this issue in the future. Email candidate.inquiries@hpe.com and they should be able to help match multiple elearning accounts or fix your learner ID.
