D5013 drivers for NetWare 5x

What is the "recommended" NIC driver for the HPTX (D5013) 10/100 NIC (either embedded or PCI) under NetWare 5.x?

The current driver on the NetServer support page is the CHPTX (v1.67, 1/31/2000), but the D5013 support page lists the CE100B (v4.13, 6/27/2001). Both appear to work, but what's the better choice?

The first one is HP's driver, the second is intel's driver. Either will work and HP does not recommend one over the other.
