FYI. The Port 80h Leds are a binary representation of a hexidecimal value. This hexidecimal value refers to the last post routine that was initialized. Port 80h is really helpful during no video because it will let you know when during post it got "stuck".

If it is a valid value it will point you in the direct of the faulty memory, PCI card, mouse, keyboard, etc...

Sometimes the Port 80h value is invalid (such as yours) which usually indicates a faulty CPU or system board.
