TC4100 always restart automatically
We have a new TC4100 setup in our working environment. After we install the win2k advance server on the netserver,we found that the server will be automatically reboot by the time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hours. We have already use the HP DiagTools to test the server hardware and all test are passed. So,i would like to get some suggestion from all of your how to fix this problem. Thanks!

Re: TC4100 always restart automatically
Check the System Event log for entries containing the word 'dump'. W2K are by default configured to save a small memory dump and automatically reboot.
Try to identify the failing driver or program using info from here:
http://support.microsoft.com/search/preview.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q192463
pstat.exe is part of W2K Resource Kit but if you don't have RK you can download pstat.exe from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/pstat-o.asp
dumpchk.exe is available as part of the Support Tools kit available on the W2K Installatio CD.
Good luck,
Marcin
