Do you know the voltage that the VRM needs to be. It seems if I get one for a P2 with the correct volatge then thats fine.
So I guess I'm looking for the correct voltage I need...

Yes according to the documentation on the first link of my previous post you can use the VRM that works for PII.
Thisa is a good link to get more info about the server too. It worths to have a look at it

Here is the detailed description of the VRM
part# 0950-2848
Voltage regulator module (VRM, VXI/Celestica 073-20740-30) - 5VDC input, 2VDC output, 19A - For Pentium II processor
