when i run
#lanadmin -x 1
ERROR: Could not process request.
I am getting this error, please let me know how to fix this issue

How many network cards do you have installed.
If you have only one card the command is
lanadmin -x 0
Can you also post the output of lanscan

SolutionOK...you have more than one card. But is lan1 working ?
I tend to start with the basics and go from there..
Try running:
linkloop
If it comes back and says....OK it's communicating. Otherwise it will report an error and that tells you there's a problem with the card.
