How the OSM manage or monitor the data center UPS? (not local UPS)

Dear Sir

Our customer use the NonStop i BladeSystem is installed in a not Tier-IV data center. And the Nonstop system does not have install the local UPS too. In this case how can i configure the OSM to manage or monitor the data center UPS and configure "Set Ride-Through Time, Configure OSM Power Fail Support"
