Do not miss the chance to network with the brightest minds at IOTSWC 2018!

As Industry 4.0 fires on all cylinders, technology is revolutionizing every aspect of nearly every industry. Powered by advanced analytics and ideas that once seemed impossible – cloud computing, robotics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things – the world as we know it is undergoing its greatest changes in a century.

The Internet of Things (IoT) foresees the world where all electronic devices can communicate with one another. Just as the internet connects people, the IoT connects the smart gadgets. If you want to know what works and what doesn’t in IOT implementations, there’s no better way than by hearing first-hand from leaders who have worked through all the challenges and delivered exceptional results. There’s a great opportunity to do just that at The IOT Solutions World Congress (IOTSWC) 2018, the annual show for the industrial IOT.

The IOTSWC 2018 is a unique event to know all about technology, discover trends and network with +14,000 incredible minds in the industry. A unique event dedicated exclusively to joining IoT providers with industry to help the latter increase productivity via this disruptive technology. The event will take place in Fira Barcelona between the 16th and the 18th October 2018.

After three editions, the event has grown to become the global reference for industrial IoT, and the annual meeting for industry stakeholders to establish new partnerships. With an exhibition spanning across 32,000 m2, the 2018 edition will continue to explore the latest industrial IoT innovations to bring visitors the necessary cutting-edge expertise and strategies to capitalize on IoT featuring over 300 exhibitors.

In 2018, the event expects to host over 14,000 visitors with 45% or more of these visitors coming directly from the industry sectors highlighted in the Congress tracks: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Buildings & Infrastructure, Open Industry, and Enabling IoT.

Even though this event is largely focused on Industrial IoT solutions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) will be bringing demonstrations embedded in some of our partners’ booths and experts with whom you can discuss Smart Cities, Smart Parking, Connected Car and many other IoT use cases, based on the HPE's Universal IoT Platform and IoT Transformation consulting services. HPE Edgeline sales force (Olivier Frank & team), will be available for conversations with customers.

Transformer monitoring can be the first line of defense for ensuring grid reliability. However, retrofitting transformers to make the grid smart requires placement and connection of many sensors in substations. IR imaging systems can monitor wide areas of the substation without invasively adding sensors to monitor performance breakdown from things like bushing/insulation failures. HPE and SAS will show how IR cameras can monitor transformer temperatures for wear and proper operation. Meet us at our IoT ecosystem partner’s booth # C317.

The IOTSWC Testbed Area will display ten testbeds that show how IoT will reshape the global economy, including how companies will combat climate change, create sustainable innovations, enhance public and worker safety, and amplify the heavy industry and manufacturing. The testbeds exhibited are experimental platforms designed to test innovative solutions in real-life operating conditions. The goal of the testbed showcase is to demonstrate how IoT can be employed to improve worker safety and worker well-being while facilitating safety compliance and enabling safe work practices. Also, it focuses on augmenting worker productivity and operations through technology integration.

Witness HPE’s demonstrations embedded at partners' booths on several worker safety-related use cases using market-ready end-to-end cloud-agnostic worker safety solution.s

Join us at the IoT Solutions World Congress to learn how the latest innovations in IoT technologies can help organizations in manufacturing, transportation, retail, energy and more.
