32/64 bit capable
Okay, running getconf HW_32_64_CAPABLE returns a 3, and getconf HW_CPU_SUPP_BITS returns 32/64. If I'm currently at 32 bits and can move to 64 bits, what is the procedure? Do I have to reinstall HPUX 11.11?
...just round up the usual suspects

You can do either a complete reinstall or you could do an upgrade. I'd vote for the reinstall.
