Anybody run SysFaultMgmt?

I'm trying to make it work on a supported server since I'd rather use WBEM than SNMP to monitor my server. But the documentation is sparse, and I get a bunch of errors in sfm.log with "Internal Error Opening the Catalog File". Any ideas?
