C3600 Technical OE install, media?

I have a C3600 and HP-UX 11i v1 Foundation OE media from December 2004. Is it possible to install the Technical OE from these media? Or is the Foundation OE media suitable only for servers?

I believe the Foundation OE is for servers only, but would still consider trying it:
