concatenation of file data

Hi

Could you please advise me how to concatenate the data

actually I developed email notification, in the email subject I want to use the data from file

I have created a file abc.txt
data in abc.txt is "Hello"

I want to use this data in the email subject.

Could you please tell me how to use
