Continental Cluster - Socket issue

I have an interesting problem and I think it is routing or a firewall issue. When I try to do my apply I get:

Another bit of information is DNS and the world finds these systems on a 10.x.x.x network but netstat has them on a 166.x.x.x network. It works to ping or log on but CC seems to have a problem with it. I have even hardcoded the 10.x.x.x IP in the configuration and commented out the DOMAIN but still have the same result.
