enable ftp for users
11V3, passwd file moved from old server, as were home directories. Those users can log in but cannot ftp in. Did a useradd and that user ftp's in fine. What is the difference and how do I fix it w/o deleting all the users and recreating them with sam or command line against a file.

Got it, no /etc/shells, added it with shells and all is good.
