error in startup dce

hello , I hava a error try startup /sbin/init.d/dce start

Beginning DCE startup...

Checking node time against cell time...

/opt/dcelocal/bin/getcellname: cannot get cell name, 0x0000ff03l

ERROR: "function check_server_time()" failed

and returned 1.



DCE startup failed.

/opt/dcelocal/bin/getcellname is use to get the cell name and check_server_time() will return 1 when there will be no pe_site file at /etc/opt/dce/security/pe_site . The pe_site file contains the information of the master security server which will be used by the client during dce startup.

Please make sure that cell is configured properly and pe_site file contains the infomation of the master security server.
