recently upgraded the system to 11.31
syslog.log.0:Apr 26 13:00:43 hxp02 vmunix: vxfs: WARNING: msgcnt 1 mesg 038: V-2-38: vx_dataioerr - /dev/vg01/lvol1 file system file data read error in dev/block 0/27930064
(Oracle DB file system) - no errors in oracle alert logs as well.
back end is clariion. Don't see any error on SP logs .
What could have gone wrong . I just saw the above error once and that's it . But just want to make sure that there is nothing serious going in the backend .
I still needs to check the switch logs .
Any suggestions.
