filesystem requirements for oracle

Hi,

Does anyone know what the filesystem requirements are for installing oracle?

I am using hpux11.23 with LVM and oracle 10.2.

Filesystem size, mount options, what to mount?

yeah what size required?

do they need to be striped and if so what stripe size.

largefiles?

mountpoints?

Hola Lawrenzo,

For most oracle filesystem you will need large filesystem enabled.
