Re: how copy Ignite Network image to DDS tape
I don't think so but it could possibly be done. An ignite tape has three parts.

Re: how copy Ignite Network image to DDS tape
You need first to make the tape bootable, or in other terms to copy LIF to the begining of the tape. You can find all the procedures in Ignite-UX Administration Guide, March 2004, on pages 200 and 186 , also in file /opt/ignite/share/doc/makenetrec.txt
where it is explained how to make bootable tape with make_medialif command.

Borislav

Re: how copy Ignite Network image to DDS tape
In that file there is a section titled "Creating a Bootable Recovery Tape". That describes exactly how to do what you require.
