how to create raid 5 using LVM on hp-ux 11.11i?
i need to know the procedure to create raid5 volume group using 3 disks from hp disk system 2120

The best way to do it is installing a smartarray card, supported on most HP9000 servers now.
Another chance is to use another volume manager with licenced features, like VxVM.

in case i want to install smartarray card
how will i access it ?
i mean how will i get to its menu ( for example F8 for windows) so in hp-ux , how will it be the procedure to create RAID5 using smart array controller?

With smart array controllers you configure them with command line utilities like
#saconfig

True raid 5 is kind of tough, because you only have three disks.
If you use striping option in LVM you will achieve the same effect.
