How to install Japanese locale

Hello,
A user informed me that he cannot view Japanese characters on his CAD software in his station (c3600 with HP 11.0). When I executed the "locale -a", the Japanese locale were not among the list (please see attachment for complete list of available locale).
Can anyone tell me how I can install and make available the Japanese locales? Is there a patch or anything that I can download (the installation CD is no longer available)?

Edit /etc/rc.config.d/LANG to include
# LANG=jp.xxx
# export LANG
or set the LANG for the user.

The locales not installed originally are available on the Core OS cd.

Steve, I'm trying to verify if we have the Core OS CD available. However, chances are, it's no longer available to us.

Peter, the PHCO_16492 patch installs just the ja_JP.utf8 locale support, right? Do you know which patches are the ones for ja_JP.SJIS, ja_JP.eucJP, and ja_JP.kana8? I want to install all locales relating to Japanese to be safe.
