how to install OSB Client in HP-UX 11i v2 rx5670 Server

Hi
we install OSB.10.3.0.3.0_HPUX.IA64
but getting following error messages:

Starting Oracle Secure Backup service daemon (/etc/observiced)
2010/12/27.14:21:06 can't listen for connections - Operation not supported

Installation summary:
Installation Host OS Driver OS Move Reboot
Mode Name Name Installed? Required? Required?
client dtcellf hp-ux no no no

Oracle Secure Backup is now ready for your use.

Please help us to solve the problem.
