How to login to ftp://hprc.external.hp.com/
Hi!
I'd like to download toolset.exe with kmeminfo inside from this ftp-server. When I try this link I am asked for a user id. Can anyone help what ID that is and where to request it? Or (of course) where to download kmeminfo for HP-UX 11.31 IA64 anywhere else?
Thanks a lot!
Bernhard

Re: How to login to ftp://hprc.external.hp.com/
Hi,
It is not asking any user id for me. i am able to browse.
However you can ask HP to provide kmeminfo if you have contract.

Re: How to login to ftp://hprc.external.hp.com/
Hi!
First: Thanks for your quick response.
There is a thread "shminfo?" in this forum running and the download location for this file is the following:
ftp://eh:spear9@hprc.external.hp.com/toolset.64bit.exe (this file contains kmeminfo). When I choose this I am asked for a username and a password. You are right when you say that there is no user required if I directly choose the address, but I think that I am not displayed the whole content of this FTP-site when I don't log in.
I don't have a support contract, but this is no software which costs money - it is only unsupported. But because it's helpful it would be great to get it.
Thanks and best regards,
Bernhard
