HP UX 11.0 64 bits and Oracle Developer Server 6i
Hello,
We are trying to use Oracle Developer Server 6i on an HP L1000, HP UX 11.0 64 bits and we are having problems to connect to this server in http mode.
Oracle maintenance replies us this is due to an http problem on our server and one or more HP patches should solve this problem.
They sent me the list of all patches installed on their server thats works in http mode and when I compare to ours, we miss about 50 of them on our server.
Could you please tell me which patches should be applied to make this configuration work.
PS : I can send you the 2 lists of patches to compare if it helps.
Best regards.

Hi there.
You should do as Oracle told you. You will have endless discussions with these guys, if you don't. From my experience with Oracle support they will tell, as long as you did not install the patches, they cannot help you.
These guys have become just a bit arrogant these days.
Rgds

Hi,
Thx for your answer, even if I remain helpless !! lol ! At least, I got an answer...
I totally agree in applying patches on our server, but I cant apply all the missing patches, one at time.
Could you tell me if a cumulative patch exists for all the patches we miss from Oracle's ones , or which ones are involved in http connections.
Oracle support told me you could answer this question, so I do as Oracle support told me.
Thx in advance for your answer.
