HP-UX 11.31 - Replace Brocade Switch

We have two HP-UX systems with 11.31 attached to Brocade 4900, and we need to replace the 4900 with 5300 Brocades. One system is configured with “Agile addressing scheme” for accessing the Storage devices, while the 2nd system is with “Legacy addressing scheme”. We plan to configure the new 5300 switch with same “Domain ID” and reattach the Hosts and FAs fibers [EMC DMX controllers] to the same ports as it was with the 4900. Will this work? Or, additional configuration/steps will be needed?

a configupload form the existing brocade 4900 and configdownload on a the new brocades should be enough , keeping all the same postions for the existing ports on the new swicth.
