INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly
I am getting below error on console.
INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly.
Will try again in 5 minutes.
Check for possible errors.
id: h1 "/sbin/init.d/init.cssd run >/dev/null 2>&1
Any idea on this?

what does the /var/adm/syslog/sysylog.log show.? you need check what does that entry
"/sbin/init.d/init.cssd run " --> cssd.?
recernlty i had same issue see below but in this case my entry on the inittab not important after commented the line
no more message pop-up

Is it possible that this happens when your Oracle is down ? I think I've seen this on a freshly installed machine where Oracle wasn't started at the time.

I was shutting down the node and DBA has shutdown the oracle instanaces that might have cuased to display these error messages.
Now its not coming.
