Installation problem

during installation of OVO.depot on hp-ux B.11.11, in the analysis phase i am getting the following errors.
Error 1: The DCE RPC daemon is not running start it with /opt/dce/sbin/rpcd and set START_RPCD=1 in /etc/rc.config.d/Rpcd

I have set START_RPCD=1 in the above mentined file.
rpcd is not existing in the /opt/dce/sbin folder.
From where i can get and install the above daemon.

Error 2: The "check install" script for "OVCHECK.ITOSPAORAALL" failed (exit code "1")
What is the solution for this problem please help me asap.

Bascially you've failed an installation pre-requisite. You need to iinstall DCE before OVO.

The DCE or Distributed Computing Environment should be available on your application cd or core os cd's for HP-UX.

Install DCE-Core from the HPUX-OE CD.
