installing ssh ...?...

Hi guys,

If I install ssh in our DNS server, is there anything else we need to do to the workstations that access this? like web console?>
what would change?

Essentially just installing ssh doesn't do anything except install ssh.

Web consoles should be unaffected as they're connected to the console port.

If you disable telnet access (which I assume you're going to do), you need to install an ssh client on your workstations. If they're windows, there are a number of clients, if they're unix workstations, the client should come as part of the ssh package.
