Intermec Printer PM4i

I trying to set up an Intermec PM4i printer on an HP-UX server using a jetdirect box. I have set several up before using sam adding a printer and then selectin the HP printer type which we would use #4 Laserjet.
In this case I have not been able to configure this printer to work. I looked in the etc/ddfa directory and viewed the dp file and saw other printers we use set up in this file. I did fail to mention that the other Intermecs were set up on another HP-UX server using a different OS. This printer requires us to use caps for the prn (PRN237). Any suggestions or tips would be greatly apperciated. If you need to see the dp file let me know.
