Lexmark X854e problem

Everytime I print on Lexmark X854e it wont print. The error I got is:

paste the output of

#lpstat -v.

if it is a network printer output "hpnpadmin -v xx.xx.xx.xx"

is this the only printer in the server?are u setting up this queue for the first time.?
which is the model and interface file used? how did u create the queue?

check/compare the permission of /files under /etc/lp.

make sure you have entry in /etc/lp/member for that queue.

I use "lexprint" Lexmark bundled apps to add the printer
