LUN errors in syslog

Hi,

could anyone please help me...? i am getting in error in syslog regd luns...

apollo:/>tail -f /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Thanks for your attachement.and i am not able to find those instant numbers in ioscan output but still syslog showing same erors.

looking forward for your inputs.Helps will be appriciated..
