Hi,

Does anyone know if there is any compatibility issues with the above mentioned?

and different version of HP-UX, eg. 9x thru 11.i

ServiceGuard and Trusted Systems can work together in hte same cluster, should be no porblems.
Thsi is for 10.x and 11.x.
ServiceGuard was not available for 9.x

Hello,

I have 3, 2-node clusters, one is SG 11.05, another 11.09 and the third is 11.12. All nodes are trusted systems and all run like a champ.

And Like Melvyn said, SG is for versions 10.x and 11.x/11.i only.

Hi donny

MCSG V11.09 is the cluster we are running here, as well as another cluster running MCSG/W Lock Manager for Oracle Parallel Server and there are no issues with C2 level security or any other security issues that we have encountered.

This was tested extensively during our initial
setup of the clusters.

Hello again,

NIS or NIS+ should not be a problem, especially as it is one of the prefferred ways to keep passwords syncronized within a cluster:

For those who are using MC/SG with servers in Trusted Mode, how do you synchronize the passwords of the accounts? Or do you not synchronize the passwords between nodes?
