Memory capsules question

We have a rx2600 with 2GB of memory. It will be upgraded to 8GB, and now I'd like to know how many capsules we currently have in the machine without actually having to open the lid. Can this be done, and how do I do that? I tried ioscan but I couldnt make out what class 'memory' would be.

I'm attaching the 'ioscan -f' output.

Any help appreciated
