memset on HP-UX V11.11

Still having trouble on a memset...
Question about memset function for a C program running on HP-UX V11.11:

Is the memset function multi-threaded (or the same, reentrant?)

The standard way to answer this question is to consult man 5 thread_safety and see if the functions in question are listed. The man page explains this pretty well.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
