Met problems to assign points

Sorry, all my replying experts(Tom, Bill, RajMan, Harry,......)

I've got great problems to assign points to you:
each time when I tried to assign a point, I had to retry for about 4 times, and most of the cases are failed at the end.
I will assign them later.

In fact I have the access problem to ITRC for 3 more weeks, hope it will become better soon.

(Due to the bad condition, sorry to tell you that all the replies won't be assigned. :-( )

What browser are you using? From what OS?

I'm unable to do anything other than browsing the forum when I use Opera or Mozilla from Win2k, but IE6 has no problem, Netscrape has sometimes problems.

It's a shame that a valuable forum like this has to tie me to a scrappy product like IE to participate :((

Every month the Forum Administrator starts a thread for reporting issues such as this. Please post them there, as he monitors this thread for such issues. He will not see this thread unless someone points him to it, which I have done.

Hi Discoverer,

Sorry to hear you have been having trouble. I can only say that I have not had reports of similar issues. I have tested the assign points function and find it doing well. I have been assigning points almost daily, too!

You may want to check your network connections, proxy, etc. Perhaps even delete your cache and cookies. This may help. Let us know if you continue to experience problems.

When I have trouble with the Forum, it sometimes helps to close the browser then open a new browser and manually go to www.hp.com and then drill down to the hp-ux forum. This seems to get around the timeout issue.
