I got following netbackup error when try to backup a 10.20 server
/usr/lib/dld.sl: can't open shared library:/usr/lib/libc.2
/usr/lib/dld.sl: no such file or directory.
As I know, the libc.2 only exists on 11.0 server, not on 10.20, so I suspect the netbackup client version can't work with 10.20, and it causes the error. My question is:
1. what is the command on the client side to check out the netbackup client version ?
2. can netbackup 4.5 work with 10.20 server?
Please advice. thanks!

Solution
You can check your netbackup version on the client by looking in the /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/version file.
Netbackup 4.5 does not support 10.20. But if you have the 3.4 agents installed on the 10.20 server Netbackup 4.5 will work with them.
