Old DosKey Functionality

For the old DOS guys out there, this one is for you. I'm having trouble
implementing the up-arrow, down-arrow history of commands. I don't know how to
get that operating on my Visualize WS, but have been meaning to for a while. I
use sh now, but would use csh if there is a script written to allow this. Does
anybody know what I'm talking about? This functionality also allowed for the
tab key to complete commands per the directory you were currntly in. I really
miss that!

# set -o vi

wirte a command, then invoke it with ESC key and edit usin vi commands
