Hi,
I was trying to perform backup operation for several of my workstation using make_net_recovery.
However, regardless whether I activate the Ignite GUI or command line entry, I always get similar respond (see attach) and the backup will fail.
Both pinging and nslookup the ignite svr via the client was successful.
Any advise or suggestion appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Solution
The most likely reason for the error is the tftp service.
Ignite is trying to check the Net Recovery Tools version using tftp and it will
stop if it can't get the version details.
RESOLUTION
Ensure that the tftp service is enabled in /etc/services and inted.conf.
